Welcome to Camino del Rey Home Owners web site.
Camino del Rey is a 55+ community located at 542 South Higley Road in East Mesa near the intersection of Broadway Road and Higley. Established in 1984, our secluded neighborhood has 122 patio homes with stucco exteriors and tile roofs. Often called the "hidden gem" of the East Valley, CDR is tucked back from the main road with only one entrance, thus providing a degree of privacy.
Conveniently located in the East Valley, Camino del Rey is minutes away from two major highways, "the 60" and the Red Mountain Freeway, and 20-25 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Golfing, shopping, theater, restaurants, and casinos are within a short distance.
Camino del Rey is self-managed by a seven-member volunteer Board of Directors. As a result, residents share in governing and maintaining activities of our community. All are encouraged to attend monthly Board meetings and become involved. Our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) and Bylaws are available for review.
Be sure to explore our website to learn more about us. For detailed information and photos, check out the "About Us" page.
